MyEssayFeedback adheres to FERPA. Student names and emails encrypted in database and in transit. Not shared with third parties outside our infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information. Essay text is shared with Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service for processing. Neither MyEssayFeedback nor Microsoft train models on submitted data. We use AWS for storage and Google Cloud Functions for connectivity.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
If you integrate with your LMS, we share the minimum information required (email, name, LMS identifier).
